How does included credit work?
Monthly plan credit pays voice, provider, telephony, and chat usage first. Usage beyond it requires PAYG credit or a top-up.
Does credit roll over?
Paid-plan credit rolls for up to three months. Downgrades and cancellations forfeit unused subscription credit; PAYG credit is unaffected.
